Mumbai A 270 for 8 in 97 overs Monty Paneser has another and Samit Patel too has gotten his name into the wicket's column. Sufiyan Shaikh and Shardul Thakur have been dismissed for one run each. Shaikh drove to short cover and Thakur was caught at square leg by Graeme Onions.

Shah was caught behind by Jonny Bairstow off the bowling of Graham Onions, who could be a shoo-in for the first Test against India if Stuart Broad and Steven Finn are not fit.
