Odisha and Karnataka are entangled in an engrossing encounter at Bangalore. Odisha knocked Karnataka over for 213 on day two to restrict them to a paltry 11-run lead. No Karnataka batsman reached the half-century landmark and wickets kept tumbling at regular intervals. Deepak Behera chalked up three wickets for Odisha.
Karnataka had dismissed Odisha for 202 on day one but their batsmen couldn't take advantage of the good show their bowlers had put. However, they plucked out two Odisha wicket at stumps on day two.

In Nagpur, Vidarbha bounced back on day two to reduce Maharshtra's first innings to 282. Shrikant Wagh snapped up a five-wicket haul as Maharashtra slumped to 282 from their overnight total of 227 for 3. In reply, Vidarbha reached 123 for 3 at stumps on day two. Their opener Faiz Fazal is unbeaten on 59.

In Rohtak, Baroda gained an upper head by rattling up 197 for 3 at the end of day two against Haryana after reducing their first innings to 295. Rahul Dalal kicked on and notched up his first first-class hundred from his overnight score of unbeaten 64, but Haryana's lower middle-order couldn't contribute much.
Utkarsh Patel was pick of the bowlers for Baroda as he snaffled a five-wicket haul. Baroda's openers gave their time a superb start by adding 189 runs but Amit Mishra picked up three quick wickets to dilute their dominance. Saurabh Wakaskar racked up his first first-class hundred and remained unbeaten when the play on day two was called.
