Final ODI at Headingley washed out

Headingley (Leeds): The third and final ODI of the three-match NatWest series between England and West Indies scheduled at Headingley is washed out due to unrelenting downpour.

England have won the series 2-0 lead as they won by 114 runs, under the Duckworth/Lewis method, at Southampton last weekend and Tuesday's eight-wicket success at The Oval. However, England were set to change a winning side after resting leading bowlers Stuart Broad, Tim Bresnan and Graeme Swann from Friday's match, with Stuart Meaker, Chris Woakes and James Tredwell called up to the squad in place of the trio. West Indies are yet to beat England this trip as they also lost 2-0 in a three-Test series with a rain-affected draw.

West Indies will conclude their tour with a Twenty20 international against their hosts at Trent Bridge on Sunday. England, after the West Indies depart, will face Australia in a five-match one-day series starting at Lord's on June 29.
