Rajkot: Ravindra Jadeja becomes the first Indian to score three triple hundred in domestic cricket. He remained not out at 320 against Railways as Saurashtra finished day 2 on 534 for 6. Jadeja's mamoth effort has definitely put Saurashtra in the driver's seat as they are looking good to take the first innings lead.
Kotak also played a handy innings of 68 and Makwana is batting on 78 with Jadeja. Two more days left in the match and declaration on the cards as Saurashtra have already reached a huge total. Railways will have to play the waiting game to save the match since it seems bit impossible for them to go past Saurashtra's total.
For Railways, old horse Sanjay Bangar picked up two wickets. K Upadhyay and Hardik Rathod also chipped in with couple of wickets.

In Mumbai, Bengal are in trouble again against Mumbai. In response to Mumbai's 297, Bengal were all out for 201. Mumbai have already got the first innings lead and in their second innings Mumbai are 6 for 0.
Wasim Jaffer took the initiative on day 1 to take Mumbai to the respectable 297. In response Bengal never looked comfortable. They lost wickets in regular intervals, only Arindam Das showed some resistance as he remained not out on 98. Bengal captain Manoj Tiwary who is in the national content_cnion scored 39 with five boundaries and a six. All other batsmen failed drastically including Wriddhiman Saha (0) and they will play the second fiddle in the match.

In Valsad, Gujarat have posted a huge 566 in their first innings with the help of three hundreds against Hyderabad. In reply, Hyderabad are 50 for 1. Captain Parthiv Patel scored 111 and Manpreet Juneja scored 106. S Patel also scored 114.
Lalit Mohan was the pick of the Hyderabad bowlers with three wickets. with Laxman missing in their ranks for this match Hyderabad might find it bit difficult.

In another exciting match at Mohali, Rajasthan got the first innings lead marginally over Punjab. Punjab, who are having a great run till now have fallen short of expectations in this match. Rajasthan were wrapped up in 222 but Punjab had fallen seven runs short of 222 and finished their innings at 215.
Yadav scored 57 for Rajasthan and S kaul was the pick of the bowlers for Punjab as he scalped four wickets. For Punjab, only Ravinder Singh shined as he scored 85 valuable runs. Pankaj Singh again was the star with the ball as he got rid off five opponent batsmen. In their second innings Rajasthan are 56 for 1.
