Islamabad: Former Pakistan pacer Shoaib Akhtar escaped unhurt after his car rammed into the barricades of the Prime Minister's Secretariat here Saturday night.
Akhtar was heading towards his house from a five-star hotel when he lost control of the vehicle after reaching the PM secretariat.
The car rammed into one of the barricades placed in front of the secretariat, the Express Tribune reported.

Police did not register any case about the incident and allowed the former cricketer to go back home.
The front portion of the car was badly damaged, but the maverick pacer escaped the accident with no injuries.
