Tehlan replaces Milind for Bengal tie

New Delhi: Middle-order batsman Mayank Tehlan has replaced Milind Kumar in the Delhi squad for their final Elite Group encounter against Bengal to be played Eden Gardens, from December 13-16.

Tehlan has been out of favour this season after a couple of failures during the last edition of Ranji Trophy. Meanwhile, Milind will be leading the U-22 side in the Col CK Nayudu Trophy match against Tamil Nadu from December 14-17.

Ashish Nehra will again lead the pace attack with in-form Parvinder Awana and left-arm seamer Pradeep Sangwan for company. The reserve pacer will be Kuldeep Rawat while Vikas Mishra and Manoj Chauhan will be the two spinners.

Tehlan has been out of favour this season after a couple of failures during the last edition.

The batting line-up comprises of veteran Mithun Manhas, senior opener Shikhar Dhawan, India U-19 captain Unmukt Chand, Yogesh Nagar, all-rounder Rajat Bhatia. Tehlan and Ankur Julka will fight for the slot vacated by Milind.
