Rahul Dravid's Australia tour is shaping up ominously. After being bowled thrice during the first Test at the MCG – including once off a no-ball – Dravid suffered the same fate on day three in Sydney.
On the ball before he was bowled, Dravid had inside-edged an in-cutter just past the top of the stumps and away to the boundary. If he thought he had been given a life, Dravid had another thing coming.
The next time he took his guard was the last. Pressing forward to a Ben Hilfenhaus delivery that pitched and cut back in, Dravid was bowled through the big gap between bat and ball to have his off stump pegged back. Clearly, The Wall is creaking.
