Melbourne: Spinner Jon Holland has been replaced by Brad Young in the Adelaide Strikers squad for the ongoing Australia's domestic Twenty20 cricket tournament, the Big Bash League.

The BBL technical committee approved the change Tuesday, said a press release. Holland, recovering from shoulder injury, will be unavailable for the duration of the league.

Left-arm spinner Young played six One-Day Internationals (ODI) for Australia in 1998 and 1999 and has played 54 first-class matches for South Australia between 1996 and 2003.
