Bangalore: Having made a statement with the bat in the just-concluded India 'A' series, Yuvraj Singh on Friday said that he hoped to get picked in the ODI team.
"I had a fantastic tournament here (Bangalore). Hopefully it will change things for me. I am not here to talk about my comeback, when it is suppose to happen it will happen. At the end of the day I am a cricketer and I am a fighter and survivor," he said.
India play home series against Australia and West Indies later this year.
Yuvraj, who led India A against West Indies A, scored 224 runs - 123, 40 and 61 - in the three-match unofficial ODI series.

Replying to a query, Yuvraj said it was quite a battle after he was diagonised for cancer just after the 2011 World Cup which India won. "To be honest it was hard. I am now feeling fit."
