London: Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes’ representatives have confirmed that the celeb couple are gearing up for an “early autumn” wedding.
The couple’s spokesman Arnold Robinson revealed that though the wedding was still in the planning stages, Katie and Tom were “really excited” about it.
He also said that the wedding would be taking place early autumn - something that Cruise and Holmes have always looked forward to.
"They can't wait. The wedding is still in the planning stages. They're really excited about it. They have always said they will be married by early autumn and they are still in that window," Hello magazine quoted him, as saying.
Holmes' friend Andrea Bernholtz, head of Rock and Republic fashion label, said that the wedding was “soon”, and that the couple were planning to surprise everyone.
"The wedding is soon. They will surprise us all," she said.
Friends close to the couple are also wondering whether the much-awaited nuptials will take place sooner than expected - in the next three to six weeks.
