New Delhi: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has registered cases of fraud against Secretary General of Commonwealth Games (CWG) Organising Committee Lalit Bhanot and Director General of CWG V K Verma.
Charges of fraud against the duo are related to the purchase of the Time Scoring Board used at the 19th Commonwealth Games in Delhi in October.
The fraud is pegged to be at Rs 107 crore. The central agency has conducted raids at 11 places, including the residences of Bhanot and Verma.
