New Delhi: You may be a celebrity but the same yardstick applies if you don’t pay up your installments.
Punjabi pop singer Daler Mehndi has learnt his car has been taken back by showroom Kashyap Motors, allegedly for lack of payment.
The Volkswagen car worth Rs 39 lakh was bought from the dealer in Noida.
Daler, however, has filed a complaint against Kashyap Motors, claiming his car was forcibly picked up.
The showroom in turn filed a counter-complaint, accusing Daler's driver and gunman of threatening them with firearms, when they went to pick up the car.
The car is presently at Punjabi Bagh Police Station in the Capital.
