Mehndi has come a long way and he is releasing his latest album Roda Pey Gaya after three years.
After going through a lean phase filled with controversies and failed albums, Daler Mehndi came back with a bang with his hit number for Rang De Basanti. But Bollywood is still not quite home for him.
"Rang De Basanti as a song, will be popular but the award will go to some other song. A lot of sycophancy takes place in Bollywood. I live in Delhi so call me if they need me,” says Mehndi.
However he gets awards or not, this Bhangra man is back to stir up all with his music.
