New Delhi: There have been unconfirmed reports of underground don Dawood Ibrahim's brother Anees Ibrahim being been injured in an attack.
As per reports, Anees was attacked when he stepped out of an ATM outlet in Pakistan.
He was caught in what seems like a shootout between the D gang and a rival gang.
It is suspected that the unidentified gunmen belonged to an outfit based in Balochistan.
Police are trying to verify if Anees was involved and whether he was hurt.
Who is Anees Ibrahim
- Anees Ibrahim is better known as the younger brother of underworld don Dawood Ibrahim.
- But Anees came out of his brother's shadow and is notorious for his involvement in several criminal cases in India including the 1993 Bombay Blasts case.
- India has been seeking his extradition along with other members of the D gang.
