Karachi: Underworld don Dawood Ibrahim's brother Noora reportedly died of kidney failure at a Karachi hospital early Tuesday morning.
Noora was also suffering from cancer.
He was wanted in cases of forgery, fake currency and extortion by Indian investigative agencies.
Noora had also allegedly forced several film producers and directors in India to pay extortion money and the Interpol had issued a red corner notice against him.
Dawood's family lawyer Shyam Keswani condoled the death of Noora saying it was a loss to the family.
"Death is always a loss to family members. There are no cases against Noora. One case was there but it wasn't substantial," said Keswani.
He reportedly looking after Dawood's underworld activities in India.
Noora left India after 1993 serial bomb blasts in Mumbai and since then he was living in Karachi with his brother.
However, the Pakistan government has always denied that Dawood and Noora lived in Pakistan.
