New Delhi: Two children and one woman were killed in a deadly inferno on Tuesday night in New Delhi when their car caught fire. Other three people, a couple and their daughter survived the fire, but sustained serious burn injuries. They were taken to the GTB Hospital for immediate treatment.
The family was on it way to wedding in the Jamia Masjid area. The incident took place right next to the Tiharpur fire station.
Bystanders tried to douse the fire and even informed the fire station. However the woman and children were unfortunately burnt alive. The police are currently investigating the cause of the incident.
