New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit had to face the wrath of an angry councillor at a public function on Saturday. BSP councillor Priyanka Gautam of Kondli created a ruckus as the CM chaired the gathering.
Gautam reportedly wanted to speak to Dikshit and marched up to the dais even as the latter was in the midst of her speech.
She interrupted the programme and created a ruckus at the spot.
