Delhi: CISF constable shoots colleague, self at metro station

New Delhi: A Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) constable posted at the Yamuna Bank Metro Station in Delhi allegedly shot at a fellow lady constable and at himself on Friday. Both constables have been declared dead.

The incident occurred at around 7 am on Friday. Both of them were rushed to a nearby hospital after being seriously injured, and were declared dead.

They have been identified as Constable M Pillai and Lady Constable MVS Teja. They joined the CISF in 2009.

Senior CISF officials have reached the incident spot to investigate the incident. Sources in the CISF have said that it was a case of a relationship that went wrong.
