Delhi: Man attempts suicide at INA metro station

New Delhi: A 55-year-old man allegedy tried to commit suicide by jumping before a running Metro train at a station in New Delhi. The man tried to jump before the train at the INA station around 12 pm which was going towards Jahangir Puri, sources said.

An alert train operator applied emergency brakes and the person was taken off the tracks.

He was rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment. This is the third such incident involving Delhi Metro premises in the past few days.
