New Delhi: After days of fighting for GM free vegetables, Delhi is all set to take the fight to the next level. The world’s biggest GM Free 'Baingan Bharta' will be cooked in Dilli Haat on Tuesday, September 6.

Celebrity chefs and television personalities are expected to be a part of the event which is counting on massive participation from the public.

This ‘bharta’ represents the opposition of over 92,000 people to genetically modified food and the Biotechnology Regulatory Authority of India (BRAI) bill, which will ease the entry of these foods into the country, says the press release.
