Ahmedabad: The passengers of a Jaipur-Pune SpiceJet flight were deplaned at Ahmedabad and they were told that the plane had developed a technical snag. But the passengers cried foul as they later found out that the plane, that was meant to go to Pune, had in fact headed to Delhi.
When the passengers confronted the officials of SpiceJet at the airport, they were told that the plane had been sent to Delhi for repairs.
But the airline could not explain to the stranded passengers how a plane with a technical snag took off for Delhi.
The SpiceJet management later said that there was indeed a technical snag and that an alternative arrangement was made for the passengers who were deplaned from the Jaipur-Pune flight.
