Noida: Nupur Talwar, wife of Dr Rajesh Talwar, and her family maintain that Dr Rajesh Talwar had no role to play in the brutal murder of his teenaged daughter Arushi and their domestic help Hemraj.

"I am telling you, hundred per cent Rajesh is innocent! This will be proved in the court of law," insisted Talwar’s brother, Dr Dinesh Talwar.

Police searched the residence of Arushi Talwar again on Sunday morning and seized the CPU of a computer kept in her bedroom.

The analysis of the contents of its hard drive is supposed to contain clues to the double murder mystery and Dr Talwar's role in it.

Arushi's mother Nupur Talwar was questioned, as well.

Talwar's bail application will come up for hearing on Monday. His lawyers say that he's an asthma patient and needs medical help.

"We'll take all legal action and the bail application has been submitted,” said Talwar’s lawyer, Mahendra Pratap. “Dr Talwar is an asthma patient for a very long time and we hope he will be shifted to the hospital. For that we have moved in an application and the hearing for this will be tomorrow (Monday).”

The police are also probing the retired Noida cop K K Gautam who stumbled upon Hemraj's body on the Talwars’ terrace. The police now want to know whether the discovery was really accidental.

The police will be trying to get their hands on some kind of concrete evidence as they they still don’t have the murder weapon. Neither have they been able to trace the missing cell phones of Hemraj and Arushi.

Perhaps her CPU could provide some vital clues. The focus will now shift to the courts on Monday when the police will try to get Dr Rajesh Talwar into custody.
