Mumbai voter turn-out dismal despite campaign

Post 26/11 terror attacks, Mumbai, the maximum city was expected to demonstrate to the nation how an angry, upset electorate can vote out those who failed to deliver on the electoral promise. But at 43 per cent voter turnout, Mumbai shocked all those who believed there will be a massive turnout for the general polls. Despite campaigns to promote voting, despite film stars and celebrities making it a point to come out and vote, Mumbai just did not bother to go out and vote. India Can, India Will takes a look.
