Dhol all set to drum up success at the box office

Mumbai: After Heyy Babyy and Dhamaal, yet another brat pack comedy caper is all set for a release and it promises to be a laugh riot.

Director Priyadarshan's Dhol hits theatres this Friday and one of its four leading men Tushar Kapoor sure hopes the film will drum up some success after his last disaster Aggar.

So, get ready to watch the hit jodi of Tushar Kapoor and Sharman Joshi, courtesy Golmaal, in Dhol, which is a story of four friends who want to get rich without actually having to work for it.

"It’s about all of us who want to get a rich girl,” says Tushar. While Sharman says, "It’s the chemistry between the four of us that does wonders to the film.”

Director Priyadarshan, who has been doling out laugh riots for the past 25 years, has off late become somewhat of a factory for comic capers.

Critics have accused him of growing mediocrity in his films but he has no qualms about calling Dhol an out and out slapstick comedy.

"It’s slapstick and you should leave your brains behind,” says Priyadarshan.

So, if a no brainer is your cup of tea then you can definitely make music with Dhol.
