New Delhi: Bollywood legend Dilip Kumar has become the newest member to join the micro blogging site Twitter. The veteran star, real name Yusuf Khan, joined Twitter on his 89th birthday Sunday and his Twitter handle is TheDilipKumar.
"Spent hours on this screen yesterday, read your greetings, your blessings and your prayers. God bless all of you. "It is a true blessing to be so loved and a wonderful feeling to wake up and realise one is younger than was yesterday," he tweeted. Megastar Amitabh Bachchan was the first one to welcome him on Twitter.
"Please welcome the Master, the Thespian, the Ultimate... Dilip Kumar, Dilip Saheb, Yusuf Khan on twitter...ID @thedilipkumar (sic)."
Bollywood celebrities like Javed Akhtar and wife Shabana Azmi, Farhan Akhtar, Priyanka Chopra and Shah Rukh Khan wished Dilip Kumar on his birthday.
