Mumbai: After the failure of Karzzz actor Himesh Reshammiyya will definitely need divine intervention to resurrect his career as an actor.
Saturday saw the singer and music composer walk in amongst lakhs of devotees at the popular Lalbaughcha Raja Ganpati Mandal in Mumbai to release the music of his forthcoming film Radio.
“It's the biggest opportunity for me to release the music at Lalbaughcha and its just God's blessings that I'm here,” Himesh said.
Gone is the messy-haired look. The short-haired new Himesh plays a radio jocky in his film and giving him company onscreen will be Sonal Sehgal and Shehnaz Treasurywala.
“It's a love story and it deals with the contemporary modern relationships, how romance and love is depicted in today's times and it’s just very real, entertaining/ It is a romantic comedy,” Himesh said.
Recently there were rumours that Himesh had undergone a surgery to give him a distinct middle voice, apart from his popular nasal voice. In fact for the song Mann Ka Radio, Himesh has flaunted both his voices.
“I have two distinct voices in the film. One is the middle voice and the other is the high-pitched nasal voice, and that is something which is very contemporary. Every two years I try to do something different and yes, I have been able to achieve it,” Himesh said.
