New Delhi: Serbian Novak Djokovic is through to the semi-finals of the French Open after beating unseeded Russian Igor Andreev in straight sets on Wednesday.
The match, lasting a little more than two hours was full of long rallies.
Sixth seeded Djokovic was in no trouble against Andreev as he won the first set 6-3, also keeping that momentum up for the remaining two sets, also taking them 6-3, 6-3.
Djokovic, 20, the youngest player left in the draw taught Andreev a tennis lesson to join women compatriots Jelena Jankovic and Ana Ivanovic in the last four of the showcase claycourt event.
