The victim, presently admitted in the private Balaji Healthcare Hospital in Paschim Vihar, was declared unfit for police statement.

An FIR has been filed and police say authorities in the state-run ESI hospital reported that general physician and resident doctor, hailing from Punjab, was found unconscious and brutally injured near her hostel room on September 19.

She was admitted to the emergency ward in the same hospital.
