New Delhi: The Election Commission on Friday announced by-elections to the following constituencies in the following states:
Assam - Algapur
Bihar - Kalyanpur

The EC on Friday also announced the polling dates for the three states of Tripura, Meghalaya and Nagaland.
Maharashtra - Chandgad
Mizoram - Chalfilh
Uttar Pradesh - Bhatpar
West Bengal - Nalhati Birbhum, English Bazar, Rejinagar and
Punjab - Moga
The EC on Friday announced the polling dates for three northeastern states of Tripura, Meghalaya and Nagaland. The polling would be held in Tripura on February 14 and the rest of the two states would go to polls on Feburary 23.
The counting of votes would be held on February 28.
