Mumbai: The Barjatya's are back with yet another love and marriage saga titled Ek Vivah Aisa Bhi. The movie revolves around two lovers who do not meet for a decade but get married at the end.
Ek Vivah Aisa Bhi sounds like a sequel to Sooraj Barjatya's Vivah. This new film from Rajshri Productions is a love story of two singers who resolve to not to meet for 12 years yet remain committed to each other just like in a marriage. And playing the lead in this unusual love story are Isha Koppikar and Sonu Sood, who carries Rajshri's lucky name – Prem – forward.
“I am sure people will love this ‘Prem’. It is so well etched,” says actor Sonu Sood.
Isha Koppikar who plays the lead heroine in the movie is also very excited about the movie.
"I have waited long for this role, and I am really thankful to Rajshri for giving me this role,” says Isha.
However, this Rajshri Production is not being captained by Sooraj Barjatya. Ek Vivah Aisa Bhi is a small screen director, Kaushik Ghatak's first attempt at a full fledged feature film and it sure looks like it's their matching sensibilities to create idealistic love stories which brought them together.
"In the words of the film, mujhme zinda hain woh usme zinda hoon main,” says Ghatak.
