Mumbai: The Indian rhino, tiger, red panda, Gangetic river dolphin, whale shark and the olive ridley turtle — all these endangered species have inspired this range of Timewear from Titan.
Launched in association with the World Wildlife Fund (WWF), the event saw Shobhaa De and Farooque Sheikh come together.
“I’ll wear the watch with a lot of pride. It's not just a style statement but it's a statement of commitment,” Shobhaa De said.
Farooque Sheikh added, “It's very good that commerce and commitment are coming together, and if it's consistent then this combination is unbeatable. I think a lot of good can come out of it."
Around Rs 150 from each watch sold will go into the WWF's pocket for their mission to protect endangered species.
So it's another style statement to remind you that the mission to save these species from becoming extinct is really a race against time.
