New Delhi: In this segment of our Entertainment Wrap, we have Hollywood hunk Brad Pitt's latest The Assasination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford and Scarlet Johansson's new comedy The Nanny Diaries. You don't want to miss either.
Pitt power
In his latest movie, Brad Pitt stars as one of America's most notorious bad guys, Jesse James.
The film focuses on a rival outlaw's deadly fixation on him. Set in the 19th century, the film centers on James' loose brotherhood of thieves, and Robert Ford's obsession with entering the legendary train robber's inner circle.
Sam Rockwell portrays Ford's older brother, who introduces him to James--an act that will have historic consequences. The film will receive its world premiere at the Venice Film Festival on September 2.
Scarlett shines
The Nanny Diaries sees Scarlett Johansson returns as Annie Braddock, a college student who goes to work as a nanny for the son of an Upper East Side socialite and her cheating husband.
Taking up the challenge Annie has to juggle their dysfunction, her studies, a new romance, and the spoiled brat in her charge.
It is based on the best-selling novel by former nannies The Nanny Diaries released in the US this weekend.
Hollywood horror
Things got spooky in Hollywood over the weekend, with the premiere of the contemporary take of the classic Halloween legacy which began in 1978.
Rather than remaking the successful terrifying horror flick, Zombie took on the project making it his own.
The man behind the mask this time around is six-foot eight-inch, Tyler Mane and he's a bigger and badder Michael Myers. Halloween opens in American theatres on August 31.
