This year's nominations for the 35th Annual People's Choice Awards are out with The Dark Knight as the lead nominee. The film is nominated for favorite action movie, star cast, and best On-Screen Match-Up with Christian Bale and the late Heath Ledger as the Joker.
Other nominations include Kung Fu Panda, 27 Dresses, Hancock, Iron Man, and Batman as favorite super heroes.
Rihanna gets a nomination for best female singers and Coldplay and Maroon 5 for the music category.
The nominees for television shows include Grey's Anatomy and CSI, The Simpsons and South Park as favorite animated series and American Idol and Dancing with the Stars for best reality show.
Fans will be able to vote for their favorites online on pcaVOTE.com.
The live broadcast of the People 's Choice Awards will be hosted by Queen Latifah at the Shrine Auditorium on January 7.

Britney Spears is back with her new look. The ‘Womanizer’ singer appears to be in the pinkest of health, a bit too pink though!
Look closely as Spears has been completely airbrushed!
The promotional material for album Circus has her wearing a blue corset and sequined hat.
Her arms look remarkably toned and free of all blemishes and scars.
Her nose in particular looks a bit too chiseled. Same for the cover of he sixth studio album.
It has an unrealistic sheen and again her nose and lips have been heavily airbrushed.
Both pictures provide an unrealistic perception of Britney who is clearly yet to completely heal - both physically and mentally.
