Click to play videoNew Delhi: An unclaimed package was found in a sleeper coach of a Bhadrak-bound train in Howrah railway station on Tuesday in Kolkata.
The explosives were found in a passenger express inside a compartment. The package also carried a tag identifying it as one with explosives.
Panic spread in the station as soon as news of the explosives broke out. An intense search operation was launched at Platform number 21, where the train is still stationed.
Sniffer dogs were immediately sent to the platform to check if more such packages were hidden.
Senior railway and police officers have also rushed to the spot.
