Face The Budget: Political response to Budget 09-10

On Monday Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee presented the much-awaited first Budget of the second UPA Government. CNN-IBN's special series on Budget Face The Budget tried to access the political response to the Union Budget 2009-10. The panel of experts included - HRD Minister Kapil Sibal; Leader of the Opposition in Rajya Sabha Arun Jaitley and senior politburo member of CPM Sitaram Yechury.
