New Delhi: Facebook has now introduced a new look for messages. The revamped look for Facebook messages has a two-panel layout that features a list of your most recent messages on the left side and a reading pane on the right.
Currently, the Facebook messages page is organised into a single-column view. Users are required to open another page to view any conversations.
"The new side-by-side layout lets you click your most recent message on the left to see the whole conversation on the right," said Facebook.

The new layout will also let users search by a sender\'s name or keyword from the main messages view.
As part of the update, users will also be able to add multiple photos and emoticons to their messages, mentioned Facebook in its post.
The new layout will also let users search by a sender's name or keyword from the main messages view. And for easier navigation, the company has added keyboard commands.
Once rolled out, users will be able to see the full list of available shortcuts, by typing Alt+Q on a PC or Control+Q on a Mac.
The company will roll out the new update to all Facebook users gradually over the coming weeks.
