New Delhi: The annual India Art Fair is back with a bang. One of the biggest contemporary and modern art fairs in the world, it opened to public on February 1 and ends on February 3. With over 103 exhibitors participating, this burst of art has something for everyone.
Each edition of the art fair brings in more participants from around the world from as many as 23 countries. This is particularly important in a country that is lacking in its museum culture for contemporary art.
The art fair is an important destination for established artists, as well as those who want to promote regional art.
The India Art Fair will let you see everything from quirky installations to contemporary statements. For those with more classical tastes, this is the place you will also be able to see Hussain and Raza right next to the Picassos and Dalis.
