A part of the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) flyover under construction at Shakarpur, collapsed on Sunday morning. Though two people have been confirmed dead, there were reports of over a dozen injured. A blue line bus was trapped under the debris of the fallen section and a car too was affected. Injuries were lower than would have been on any other working day, as this is a very busy intersection.
