New Delhi: Delhiites woke up to a foggy morning on January 23 with the visibility dropping to around 500 meters at 8.30 am. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has, however, forecast a clear day in the capital. The city also experienced a dip in temperature with the minimum temperature early January 23 settling three notches below the season's average at 4.4 degrees Celsius.
The maximum temperature on January 23 is expected to be around 21 degree Celsius, an IMD official said.
The maximum temperature on January 22 was 20.4 degrees Celsius - a notch below average.
