Islamabad: At least four persons were killed and 10 others injured in a blast in Dera Ismail Khan in northwestern Pakistan on Monday.
The explosion occurred outside the Town Hall in the centre of the city in North West Frontier Province.
State-run PTV said two persons were killed while other sources put the death toll at four. The sources said 10 others were injured.
The exact cause of the blast could not be immediately ascertained. No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
