Le Grand Bornand (France): Luxembourg's Frank Schleck won the 17th stage of the Tour de France, a 169.5-km trek from Bourg St Maurice to Le Grand Bornand on Wednesday.
Spain's Alberto Contador was second and Luxembourg's Andy Schleck came home third.
Contador retained the overall leader's yellow jersey.
