Rama Rama Kya Hai Drama
When the title of the film is Rama Rama Kya Hai Drama and the star cast features talents such as Rajpal Yadav, Neha Dhupia, Amrita Arora and Ashish Choudhry, chances are you want to know no further.
But since this is the only offering from Bollywood this weekend you might want to know that Rama Rama is director Chandrakant Singh's debut venture.
The film revolves around Prem and Santosh who are fed up with their wives and are looking for an extra-marital fling. Several reels later, the film predictably ends with both the men realising the sanctity of marriage and the importance of their respective wives.
If it's of any consolation this comedy also stars Anupam Kher.
American Gangster
But there's relief from Hollywood. Ridley Scott of Gladiator and Black Hawk Down fame brings you American Gangster.
A stellar star cast of Denzel Washington and Russell Crowe, a budget of over $90 million dollars and a storyline that tracks the real life story of heroin kingpin Frank Lucas and his nemesis detective Ritchie Roberts and you already have a must watch crime film.
Already a commercial and critical success in the US, American Gangster did not receive any Oscar nominations in the main categories but with Ridley Scott as the captain of the ship you know that the film can't go wrong.
