New Delhi: After getting a role in Woody Allen film, Slumdog Millionaire's Freida Pinto will now be featuring in a French-Israeli production.
Reports say the star arrived in Israel last week to shoot for Miral, a film by critically acclaimed writer and director Julian Schnabel of The Diving Bell and the Butterfly fame.
Scheduled to be shot in April, Miral is set in Jerusalem, and chronicles Hind Husseini's efforts to start an orphanage in the city following the creation of Israel.
