New Delhi: The funeral of Professor G V Loganathan and Minal Panchal will be held on Friday.
Both of them died in the Virginia Tech shooting on Monday when a gunman, identified as a student named Seung-Hui Cho, killed 32 people at the Virginia University before committing suicide.
Professor Loganathan's funeral service will be held in Blacksburg, where he had served as a Professor in the Engineering Department.
The University authorities handed over the body to his family members late on Thursday.
Meanwhile, the last rites of 26-year-old Panchal will be performed at Odenton, Maryland near Baltimore.
Both Professor Loganathan and Panchal were in the same room when Seung-Hui Cho went on the rampage.
