Kolkata: His team might have lost three matches in a row but former India skipper Sourav Ganguly is still a 'hit' with search engine giant Google registering maximum hits for the Pune Warriors captain among all the IPL captains.
Ganguly leads the pack of widely searched IPL skippers followed by another former India captain Rahul Dravid while current national team captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni stays at the third spot, Google India said in a statement.
"(Sourav) Ganguly is still leading the pack by being searched most among the IPL captains," the release said on basis of a comparative study done over a month.

Ganguly leads the pack of widely searched IPL skippers followed by another former India captain Rahul Dravid.
"As we come towards the middle of this season's IPL when the teams and players have been divided on popularity based on their performances, Ganguly is proving the facts wrong."
Comparing between keywords like 'MS Dhoni', 'Virender Sehwag', 'Sourav Ganguly', 'Rahul Dravid' and 'Gautam Gambhir', the left-handed batsman, hugely popular in Kolkata got the most online hits, it added.
