New Delhi: Prime accused in the Geetika Sharma suicide case, ex-Haryana minister Gopal Kanda was on Tuesday sent to 14-day judicial custody by a Delhi court.
Kanda's police custody ended on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, a nine-member Delhi Police team carried out raid at his Sirsa residence and farmhouse on Monday.

Geetika Sharma, a former employee at Kanda-run MDLR Airlines, committed suicide on August 5, accusing him of mental harassment.

Kanda, however, reportedly told the police that he was not in touch with Geetika Sharma for the past 45 days.
Kanda was arrested and sent to custody on August 18 following his surrender after absconding for 12 days after the case came to light.
