The 20-year-old woman tourist identified the accused at the Sector 16 General Hospital on Thursday.
Earlier, police arrested two of the accused from Ambala while two others surrendered at the Chandigarh district court on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, a report from the Central Forensic Sciences Laboratory (CFSL) in Chandigarh is still awaited to be able to confirm whether the German tourist was raped.
The lady had earlier alleged that she was forced into the car driven around the city for an hour and raped by six youths after being kidnapped from the parking area of hotel Taj on Saturday night.
Assistant Superintendent of Police Madhur Verma had on Monday claimed that the car used by the accused to dump the girl on Sunday afternoon was also recovered in Ambala.
