Ghaziabad: Truck mows down seven policemen, two dead

Ghaziabad: There is tension in Ghaziabad after a truck ran over seven policemen killing two of them and injuring five others. In fact, one policeman is in a critical condition.

The incident took place on Thursday night at the National Highway 24, when the police were manning a check-post. Angry locals took to the streets and set the truck on fire and the driver was arrested.

The accident took place hours after six people died in a clash between locals and the police.
