Forty years ago, USA's space agency NASA put the first man on the surface of the moon. Neil Armstrong delivered words that captivated all mankind. "That's one small step for man, a giant leap for mankind," Armstrong had said. But with a crunch in resources in a downturn economy, NASA now lags far behind the Russian space programme. CNN's Samantha Hayes takes a look at the pride and the concerns.
