Gossip: Salman takes a price cut

Despite his bad boy image in the media, Salman Khan probably isn't such a terrible person after all. It seems Sallu has just taken a pay cut for Veer, his most ambitious project.
Generally Salman insists on being paid 50 per cent of his fees before the movie starts and the remaining during the post-production stage.
However given the market conditions and the way things were shaping up for the crew, Sallu decided that he should be a gentleman and reduce his fees.
So Salman Khan has accepted just 30 per cent of his remuneration for Veer and has suggested that only if the movie does well will he accept the remaining amount.
